Bard College in New York state and the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences (Smolny) at St. Petersburg State University will work together to create resources for colleges and universities to strengthen joint and dual degree partnerships between the US and Russia. A website for sharing information will be developed, as well as an online scholarly anthology of best practices and a portal for queries. Project partners will also hold a professional conference for over 40 faculty and administrators to discuss best practices and the challenges of dual degree programs and partnership arrangements.
